Business Director

We are seeking an experienced Business Director to join the Leadership Group of a prominent industrial and service company, overseeing aprox 200 employees across Sweden. This key role involves reporting directly to the CEO and managing three business unit managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic leadership and operational oversight of the business units.
• Overall responsibility for all sales activities and driving sales excellence.
• Full P&L responsibility, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
• Driving transformative change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Spearheading digitalization initiatives to enhance efficiency and innovation.

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience in a similar capacity, with a track record of managing large teams.
• Strong academic background, preferably with a degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to implement and manage change effectively.
• Expertise in digital transformation and leveraging technology for business growth.
