We are now looking for a Commercial Developer to further develop the Anticimex business on a global scale and reach our highly set targets for Smart solutions. You are offered a new position with a key responsibility for, and great possibilities to influence the digital transition of the business. About the Role
We are looking for a structured, enthusiastic, and sales-driven professional to join our commercial team at group Smart. Group Smart has an overarching responsibility of Sales, Operations, Production and Development (R&D), supporting the Smart business on a global level.

In the new role as Commercial Developer, you will work globally as an internal consultant in a decentralized organization. Your primary responsibility is to understand the local preconditions, the pain points of different industries and by that grow the Anticimex offer into new industry verticals. You will be an important part in sharing best practices and learnings across the entire group. You will be reporting to Head of Commercial Development and work closely with both the Group Smart team as well as sales teams in our markets.

Some of your responsibilities

  • Identify and analyze industry specific needs and paint points
  • Identify key sales process success factors across all markets
  • Independently create structural capital, such as process documentation, user friendly training material etc.
  • Create and implement detailed best practices supporting the Smart sales process together with local sales teams
  • Carry out Smart sales trainings, leveraging a train the trainer concept for both existing and future markets
  • Support local sales teams with industry specific data and develop tailored offerings
  • Scope needs, market potential
  • Create go-to-market strategies for new solutions

 You have

  • An academic degree in Business, Industrial engineering or equivalent
  • Approximately some 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Experience from a commercial role, probably in Business Development or Sales 
  • Experience in sales strategy and market-mapping
  • A proven track record of successfully managing sales operations and delivering quality results
  • A data driven way of working
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • Additional languages (for example Spanish, Italian, German) are a plus
